An important note to pass on. Hunting licenses WILL NOT be available in the traditional fashion. S.D. Game Fish and Parks now offers you a way to purchase your hunting licenses from the convenience of your own home. The Game, Fish and Parks automated license system can be accessed from their home page: www.gfplicenses.com. The site will take you through step by step process to provide the information required for purchasing a license. You pay for the license with your credit card. Print out the actual license copy on your printer. Available 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. A sophisticated securtiy, system is employed in this licensing process to secure your information. You must print out the final license copy, sign the form in ink, and carry it with you. If you lose or destroy your copy you may reprint, the license. This can be done anytime or anywhere by entering your name and password at no charge.
